Connie Colleen Andregg Harding died in Las Cruces, N.M., on April 7, 2017. She was 66.
She was born in Ouray Nov. 22, 1950, to Frank and Verna Mae (Wilbur) Andregg Sr. She spent most of her childhood in western Colorado. She attended grade school in Norwood and Ouray. She attended junior high school in Paonia and graduated from Paonia High School in 1970.
On Dec. 24, 1971, she married Harrison "Bud" Harding.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Harrison "Bud" Harding; two children, Donna Harding and Keith Harding; six grandchildren; and three brothers, Dave (Joy) Andregg, Frank Andregg and Bill (Louise) Andregg.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
On Dec. 4 Delta County Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes denied the application of Paonia Holdings, LLC for a change of land use for the property at 41322 Highway 133, with an adjacent residence at 41402 Highway 133 and an ancillary property at 16180 Stevens Gulch Road.
The property is owned by Bowie Resources, LLC, and was formerly used as a coal load-out site.
