The Panthers also came up short against Palisade Sept. 25. “Palisade and Aspen were both good teams and we had a hard time getting our offense going,” said Coach Beth Nelson. “We made way too many forced errors against good teams and they took advantage of it. We are working on ball control and limiting our errors as we move forward to another tough week.” The Panthers will host a “Think Pink” match Oct. 4, during which the team will recognize the many families in our community affected by cancer. Delta hosts Montrose at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.
