"Senior Scams and Fraud" will be the focus of a talk hosted by A Little Help and First Colorado National Bank. The bank's Adam Hoffman and Dave Knutson from A Little Help will co-facilitate the discussion.

Two sessions are planned -- Wednesday, Oct. 18, and Wednesday, Oct. 25. Both run from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Paonia Library community room.

Each session is different; both will include interactive exercises covering telephone scams, identity theft, computer and internet scams, and other forms of elder financial exploitation. Undersheriff Mark Taylor and a representative of Adult Protective Services will report on senior fraud cases in Delta County.

Each participant will receive a comprehensive resource guide produced by the FDIC and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

To attend, call 527-3482.
