Peyton Schuster, Taylor Bess, Oceana Bergholtz and Sami Wollert, HOSA students from Delta High School, have qualified for national competition in creative problem solving.
HOSA is a student organization for future health professionals. This will be the first time a team from Delta High School will attend the conference at the national level.
Team members are currently raising funds for the trip to Dallas, Texas, where the competition will take place in June. The cost of the trip is estimated at $4,000, which includes travel expenses, conference fees and hotel costs.
Team members are working hard to raise $4,000 by May 23. They have established a gofundme account and are also willing to do work in exchange for funds.
