Bobby Reedy, right, and son Mike are the second and third generation of Reedy’s to work at the station. A 2005 article in Hemmings Classic Car describes the iconic small service station in Paonia as part of a disappearing subculture.An entire generation may have never seen anything quite like Reedy’s Service Station.

Six days a week, Bobby Reedy and son Mike greet customers, pump gas and perform mechanical work in the Sinclair station’s two-bay garage.
