Bank of Colorado announces the appointment of Kelsey McCarthy as market president for the Montrose, Delta and Olathe branches.
McCarthy has been with Bank of Colorado since 2004 and transferred from Durango, where she was the vice president branch manager.
Her responsibilities will include managing the overall operation of the Bank of Colorado branches, while developing new and maintaining current customers. Also she will be managing all aspects of lending, including real estate and commercial opportunities, as well as building a presence on the Western Slope.
McCarthy believes in building a banking environment where employees and customers are both valued and appreciated. She is a strong advocate for the strength, products and service that Bank of Colorado provides, "I am excited to be on the Western Slope and look forward to building relationships with the local community."
While in Durango, Kelsey was involved with the Durango Diplomats as past president, Durango Chamber of Commerce Board, Women's Resource Center executive board, and Young Professionals of Durango. She is currently involved with the Western Business Alliance and is a member of the Montrose ACT.
McCarthy holds bachelor's degrees from Arizona State University in business management and marketing.
Bank of Colorado has 33 Colorado locations, including 145 W. 4th Street in Delta.
