The S&B Quilters' Guild presented their Cabin Fever Quilt Show at Heritage Hall in Hotchkiss this past weekend. About 200 quilts were submitted to the show.
Cynda Clay and Margie Hollembeak were co-chairs for the show this year. Clay said they had about 200 attendees each day.
One display showed the quilts made by club members that will be distributed to veterans at the National Disabled Veterans Sports Clinic in Snowmass Village. Not only are quilts donated by S&B Quilters' Guild but from other quilt guilds as well. S&B Quilters' Guild plans to donate between 200 and 300 quilts this year. This is their seventh year of donating quilts to the disabled veterans.blog comments powered by Disqus
