The state-of-the-art courts are expected to open in mid-July, and have a life expectancy of about 50 years.Local tennis players will have to wait a few more weeks to play at Apple Valley Park. The three doubles and one singles courts, which are leased by the North Fork Pool, Park and Recreation District, are being replaced with all-new state-of-the-art courts.
