George Squires won the Traveling Trophy, and this year's tournament winners were Al Brown, Chuck Lionerger, Don Thornberry and Chris Curtis.

Devil’s Thumb Ladies Opener

The four ladies pictured above were this year’s Devil’s Thumb Opener winners. From left to right is Nancy Sturgill, Archie Wethington, Carolyn Stephens and Sandy Comer.Devil's Thumb Ladies Golf Club held its annual Spring Opener on Sunday, April 13, with a brunch, followed by a putting contest that was won by Linda Phillips.

The nine-hole scramble that followed was won by Nancy Sturgill, Archie Wethington, Carolyn Stephens, and Sandy Comer.
