Marce Montano grew up working alongside his grandpa, Chuck Williams, in his glass shop in Montrose. His father also worked at Chuck’s Glass. Montana brings the techniques he learned from his dad and granddad to Delta as the owner of All Glass Station. The new business is located at 717 Hwy. 50 in North Delta, in a building formerly occupied by Mesa Rental.

The spacious showroom will showcase the products offered by All Glass Station, from energy-efficient low e glass windows to shower doors and bath enclosures. The back is set up perfectly for a workshop where Montano can cut glass and repair screens.

Replacement of the glass in windows, cabinets and tables will likely require a visit to your home, but homeowners will certainly feel comfortable with this kind, respectful young man in their homes.

“You can tell he enjoys his job — he’s always got a smile on his face,” said Noelle Montana, Marce’s wife, who handles customer service.

A graduate of Olathe High School, Montana said he’s always liked Delta because it’s a small, friendly community. It’s also growing, which convinced him it would be the perfect place to establish a shop to serve both residential and commercial property owners.

When you need glass, you can count on Montano for the most basic “barn glass” projects (entailing simple putty and glaze), or more artistic projects which will add distinction to your home or business. Montano has worked in Telluride, Aspen and Steamboat Springs, and has picked up some innovative concepts for decorative glass. One trend he’s seen is framed mirrors. All Glass Station is the only shop in town which offers a variety of frames which can be fastened over the mirrors currently in your home, at a fraction of the cost of custom-made framed mirrors. The 20-minute mirror makeover will transform your bathroom into a showplace.

Regardless of the project, you can count on results that work as great as they look.

All Glass Station is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and can be reached by calling 874-4777.
