New CSU agronomy agent is based in Delta

Colorado State University is pleased to introduce Seth Urbanowitz, the new agronomy agent for Mesa, Delta, Montrose and Ouray counties.

Urbanowitz has worked as an agronomist for a farmer's cooperative and an extension educator focusing on irrigation management, agronomy and produce safety. He is a former chair of a county soil and water conservation district. He has production and technical experience in a variety of crop production systems.

Urbanowitz holds a bachelor of science degree in agribusiness economics from Southern Illinois University and master of science degrees in agronomy from South Dakota State University and education from University of Tennessee.
