The annual Simpson College Research and Creativity Symposium is a multi-disciplinary event that showcases outstanding student work through the presentation of papers, performances, posters and panel discussions.

Leonel and Cendy Elizaldi of Cedaredge are the parents of a son, Kayden Matteo Elizaldi, born May 7, 2018, at Delta County Memorial Hospital. He weighed 8 pounds, 1 ounce and was 20.5 inches in length.
