Tunget Gymnastics Gold Team competed in the state meet April 21-22 in Aurora at the Colorado Gymnastics Institute.
The team had three all-around champions and many gymnasts placed in the top seven.
Brandi Hall, Shaylyn Griffith and Lexee Wilson were first all-around for their age groups
Hall was also first in vault and Griffith was first in vault and bars. Natalie Mills placed first in bars.
Results for Session 1 follows with two age groups being represented.
In the Senior A age group, Ashley Duke was seventh on vault and bars and sixth all around; Brianna Hall was first in vault and all-around, second on beam and sixth on floor.
In the Senior B age group, Isabella Vasquez was sixth on floor; Shaylyn was first on vault, bars and all-around and was fourth on beam and second on floor.
In Session 2, Senior A age group, Sadee Griffith was seventh on vault, fourth on beam, fifth on floor and third all around.
Senior B placers included Ashlyn Webster who was sixth on bars, second on beam and fifth all-around.
Session 3 competitors included Shadron Griffith in Junior A age group who was fourth on bars, third on floor and fifth all-around.
Autumn Cordel was third on vault, second on beam and fourth all-around in Senior A age group.
Olivia Lindsay was second on floor exercise in Senior B age group; Lexee Wilson was second on bars and first all around; and Adair Ela was ninth on vault.
Session 4 placers included Natalie Mills in Senior B age group, who was first on beam and eighth all around; Junior A age group featured Emma Jenkins who was 11th on vault.
Junior B age group entrant Kacey Walk was second on beam.
At their March 5 meeting Commissioners Doug Atchley, Mark Roeber and Don Suppes made two appointments to the county planning commission. Steve Shea was reappointed for a three-year term.
